The Products will be available for download immediately after payment is submitted, or at most 48 hours after payment is received. If the products are not available within this time frame, the buyer has the right to request a full refund.
All payments for Products must be made through the payment methods available on the Website. We reserve the right to change the available payment methods at any time.
If a Product is not available within 48 hours after payment, the Buyer has the right to request a full refund. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Products available for sale on the Website are protected by intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks. The Buyer may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of the Products without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of using the Website or purchasing the Products. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
We reserve the right to terminate the Buyer’s access to the Website and Products at any time and without prior notice if the Buyer breaches this Agreement or otherwise engages in conduct that we deem inappropriate.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. We will notify the Buyer of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on the Website. Continued use of the Website and Products after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
