What COT Data Spreadsheet actually does.
A Microsoft Excel workbook (.xlsm with Power Query) wired to auto-refresh against the CFTC public archive. One data tab pulls weekly Commitments of Traders data on open; everything else is yours to build — pivots, charts, custom formulas, sorting, conditional formatting. Optional API mode: paste your COT Data API key into a config cell and the workbook switches to our normalized API for cleaner columns and longer history. The same spreadsheet is also coming in a Google Sheets format at the same one-time price, so you pay once and pick the format you work in — this listing is the Microsoft Excel one.
