If you make trading decisions based on weekly CFTC positioning data, the answer is almost always yes. Premium unlocks 20+ years of history, Disaggregated/TFF/Supplemental reports, the Heatmap, Advanced Charts, Volume Profile and CSV exports — at the price of a single coffee per month. Cancel anytime.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel with one click from your account settings or via the Stripe customer portal. No penalties, no questions asked. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
I have a TradeLog subscription. Do I still need this?+
No. A TradeLog Premium subscription includes COT-Reports Premium at no extra cost (the free trial doesn't include it). Just log in with the same email address and your premium features will activate automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
What happens if I upgrade from COT Premium to TradeLog?+
Just sign up for TradeLog using the same email you use here — fully automatic. The unused portion of your COT-Reports Premium balance is applied as a discount to your first paid TradeLog month, your standalone COT subscription cancels itself, and COT-Reports access continues uninterrupted (now bundled in your TradeLog plan). No manual cancellation, no double-billing, nothing to do on your side.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period — full refund, no reason needed. After that, you keep access until the end of the current billing period when you cancel. We refund duplicate charges immediately and offer pro-rata credits for extended outages. Read the full terms in our Refund Policy.
