The Marketplace lists trading indicators, scripts and ready-built strategies that integrate Commitments of Traders data into popular trading platforms (TradingView, NinjaTrader, MetaTrader). Some are free; others are paid downloads. Every listing discloses what CFTC dataset it uses and the methodology behind the signal.
Which platforms are supported?
Most Marketplace items target TradingView (Pine Script), NinjaTrader 8 (NinjaScript) and MetaTrader 4/5 (MQL). Some web-based tools work in any browser. The supported platforms are listed on each product page.
Are Marketplace items reviewed?
Yes. We test every Marketplace listing on a real account or sandbox before publishing it, and we require sellers to provide reproducible back-test data and methodology. Listings without verifiable performance documentation are rejected.
Do I need a Premium subscription to use Marketplace items?
No — Marketplace purchases are independent from the COT-Reports Premium subscription. Some advanced indicators may pull live data from our Premium API, in which case the listing flags that requirement clearly.
How does payment and delivery work?
Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout — credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, no account required. After payment you get instant access: the product is downloadable from your /account page, or for installed indicators we email the install file and step-by-step setup. For third-party sellers we hold funds for ~24h to handle disputed transactions; first-party items by COT-Reports are delivered immediately.
What’s the refund policy on Marketplace items?
EU/UK buyers retain the standard 14-day cooling-off right until the digital file is downloaded — after that, the product is non-refundable (digital goods, performance has begun). Defects, broken installers or non-working items are refunded regardless of jurisdiction. Contact support@cot-reports.com with the order ID for any issue and we route it to either the third-party seller or our team depending on the SKU.
